Robin Elliott

A native of Wilmington, DE, Robin graduated from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC with a B.S. in Business. Robin began her career in sales for Nestle in Washington, D.C. She moved to New York City as a project manager in graphic design before moving to Greenwich, CT as a marketing executive for Octagon, one of the world’s premier sports marketing and event management firms. While at Octagon, she worked on two of the firm’s largest accounts, BMW and Colgate Palmolive. Robin and her husband spent two years in Presidio Heights in San Francisco on a corporate relocation. Having managed the relocation of her family multiple times, Robin understands the many complexities of selling, purchasing and renting a home.

Robin’s professional background in sales, account management, client relations, and corporate marketing has helped develop her attention to detail as well as her organizational and communication skills. Her honest, hard-working, and positive attitude enable her to represent her clients with the highest level of service.

Robin joined The Karen Strid Team in 2016. Since joining the team, she has had a high level of success representing both buyers and sellers, which has helped the Team achieve Diamond status, the top half of 1% in the company. One of Robin’s key strengths is her ability to hold transactions together and get the deal from accepted offer to the settlement table.

Robin lives in Wayne with her husband David. Their son, Giles, graduated from Episcopal Academy in 2021 and currently attends Wake Forest University. Robin enjoys spending her free time with their labradoodle Mulligan, playing paddle, golf, tennis, walking the Radnor Trail and skiing.

Alison Holsten

Alison grew up in Chester County and attended Notre Dame Academy in Villanova. She graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Health and Human Development with a focus on adolescence. Her career began with Main Line Health Systems, where she developed and taught Prevention Programs to hundreds of middle school students throughout the Main Line and Philadelphia area.

After 3 years in the Health System, she was driven by her desire for Sales and Marketing. Alison accepted a marketing position with O’Neill Properties, a leading privately owned real estate development company. Her success with marketing high-end Commercial properties gave her excellent insight to the real estate business.

While raising her young family, Alison pursued her dream of owning her own business. In 2010 she started a Vintage Jewelry Business called, House of Evelyn. She grew her client base to over 500 and received “Best of the Main Line” 3 years in a row. Alison joined the Karen Strid Team selling Main Line Real Estate in 2017. They are consistently ranked as the #1 Medium team in PA in the Berkshire Hathaway Network and top half of 1% in sales.

Alison resides in Malvern with her husband, Bill, a graduate of Tulane University and Widener Law School. Bill is the Managing Partner of RedPoint Capital, a third-party marketing firm specializing in alternative investments. Their four children, Paige, Brooke, Maeve and Jack attend(ed) Texas Christian University, Notre Dame Academy and Malvern Prep. In the summer, Alison enjoys spending time with family in Avalon, NJ.

Stephenie Christos

Stephenie is a proud member of the award-winning Karen Strid Team at Berkshire Hathaway Fox andRoach Realtors out of the Rosemont office on The Main Line.

Stephenie has a background in Civil and Architectural Engineering which aids her keen eye for well-crafted homes , an appreciation for untapped property potential and adds a calmness through perspective throughout the home inspection process.

Client satisfaction is a point of pride for Stephenie. She fosters lasting relationships , going beyond transactions to support clients throughout the entire moving process . She engages with various resources for organization, repairs , cleaning, staging, packing, and managing belongings . Trish Nunez-Strid

Born in Montevideo, Uruguay and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Trish has spent her life adapting to new surroundings and reinventing her definition of home. She possesses a deep appreciation for adventure, versatility, travel, culture and languages (native Spanish speaker herself and fluent in Italian, as well). A Brooklyn girl who never imagined leaving the hustle and bustle of city life, Trish fell in love with the charm of Philadelphia’s suburbs and their proximity to the urban centers of Philadelphia and New York City.

Trish is a 15 year resident and active member of Radnor with a strong community focus and knowledge of the Main Line which extends into her real estate practice. Trish and her husband Peter (a Bryn Mawr/Villanova native and Episcopal High School alumnus) live in Wayne with their three children; all proud students at Radnor Township’s award-winning Elementary, Middle and High schools since Kindergarten. With a passion for service and sales, communication and entrepreneurship, Trish is eager to help with your home buying and selling needs. She successfully transitioned from a niche market publication to a senior account manager position as Fashion Manager at Rolling Stone Magazine, managing Gucci, Prada/MiuMiu, and Ralph Lauren, and later Beauty Director at Allure Magazine, on top beauty brands Revlon and Estée Lauder companies.

A few years later, Trish shifted gears and pursued her Master of Science Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from Columbia University. She completed her clinical fellowship year as a Bi-Lingual Speech and Language Pathologist at Head Start Programs in downtown and Midwood sections of Brooklyn serving underprivileged families before setting her sights on establishing a private practice. With over 15 years of expertise in the speech and language field and her excellent interpersonal and marketing skills, Trish continues to dedicate resources and expertise to helping make a difference in the lives of others through her private practice and consulting service.

In her down time, Trish enjoys keeping tabs on her favorite fashion/lifestyle magazines, cooking, checking out the newest restaurants in and around Philadelphia and locally, traveling, and meeting new people. You will find her with friends and family — eating and laughing as often as possible. Trish is passionate about health and fitness and is a big advocate for the importance of an active, balanced life. Tracey Frederick

Born in New York, raised by an Army physician and nurse, Tracey has lived all over the country. From New York to California to Colorado to Maryland to Virginia to Florida to Pennsylvania and back again. She is very much an expert in relocation and all the intricate details that go along with moving and transitioning homes.

Tracey received her law degree from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law and Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Lynchburg College. She also holds certificates of study in international business and business law from the Universidad de Salamanca, Spain.

Prior to joining The Karen Strid Team, Tracey served as Investigative Counsel and Director of New York Operations for Investigative Group International. Her responsibilities included directing daily operations for the New York office, maintaining client relationships, generating new business and supervising international investigative teams working on complex due diligence cases.

After relocating to Pennsylvania, Tracey founded her own company, TLM Consulting Group, whose primary focus was to provide investigative research support and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. A specialist in her field, Tracey has applied her legal expertise to expose potential issues surrounding complex financial transactions while providing comprehensive, critical information to her clients.

After taking time away to focus on raising her children, Tracey has joined our team and brings a wealth of experience to the real estate field. From contract management, negotiation and due diligence, to assisting clients in each step of the buying, selling and moving process, Tracey will be an incredible advocate for our clients.

Tracey is a long-term resident of Tredyffrin-Easttown Township and serves our team as the resident “TE specialist”. She resides in the Shand Tract neighborhood of Devon with her husband Grant, a Senior Financial Advisor, and their two daughters. Tracey is active in the award-winning TE school district and her local community as well. She is an avid tennis player and skier. When she’s not playing tennis or skiing, she prefers to relax on the beaches of Southwest Florida with a good book.

Debbie Quigley

Debbie is a dual licensed real estate agent in both PA and New York and currently serves both the Main Line and the Hamptons. She has lived on the Main Line since 1998. Having first restored a 100+-year-old, classic Walter Durham Wissahickon stone home, she decided to build a new construction home with Pohlig Builders on the Ardrossan Estate (The Philadelphia Story). Drawing upon her inspiration she created a custom Hamptons/Adirondack/PA design which captures East Coast living at its finest. Her custom white oak, live sawn, random width floor design has been copied by many homeowners. She is proud to have opened her Villanova home as an unofficial model home to prospective buyers, almost 100% ended up building.

Having lived and relocated several times from New York to North Carolina, then to Chicago, Illinois before ending up in Pennsylvania and based upon the joy of building/designing and the thrill of helping others create their dream home, she was inspired to start her real estate career in 2019. Having bought her first of 9 homes at the young age of 21, Debbie has a unique understanding of the value of owning a home, as well as the process and nuances of buying, selling, relocating, renovating, building and even investing. Team Marketing Coordinator

Ellen McLaughlin

Ellen McLaughlin is the Karen Strid Team’s Marketing Coordinator. She earned a B.S. in Accounting from Mount St. Mary’s University. Ellen was hired by JP Morgan and worked in Global Wealth Management; Mutual and International Funds and Cash Management for much of her career. After her three sons started school at Holy Child School at Rosemont, Ellen was hired to run fundraising events and solicit donations in the Office of Institutional Advancement. She held this role for 10 years until her youngest son graduated in 2014. Shortly thereafter, she joined our team.

Ellen loves the creative and detailed side of work that is involved in supporting Karen and her team as they prepare their clients’ homes to be listed. She draws on her past accounting details background, her work in creating the Advertising Fundraising Book for Holy Child, as well as her experience in working with the volunteer and donor constituents at Holy Child. Each property listing is a new and exciting journey for the team and Ellen assists with pre-list marketing primarily.

Ellen lives in Media with her husband Joe, who is the CEO of The Haverford Trust Company in Radnor. Their older two sons have begun their careers at SEI and PWC, and the youngest is a student at the University of Notre Dame. While the boys were students at Holy Child and then Malvern, Ellen and Joe were very active members of those communities. They both now enjoy spending downtime at their home in Stone Harbor, NJ.
