Alison grew up in Chester County and attended Notre Dame Academy in Villanova. She graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Health and Human Development with a focus on adolescence. Her career began with Main Line Health Systems, where she developed and taught Prevention Programs to hundreds of middle school students throughout the Main Line and Philadelphia area.
After 3 years in the Health System, she was driven by her desire for Sales and Marketing. Alison accepted a marketing position with O’Neill Properties, a leading privately owned real estate development company. Her success with marketing high-end commercial properties gave her excellent insight into the real estate business.
While raising her young family, Alison pursued her dream of owning her own business. In 2010 she started a Vintage Jewelry Business called, House of Evelyn. She grew her client base to over 300 and received “Best of the Main Line” 3 years in a row.
Alison resides in Newtown Square with her husband, Bill, a graduate of Tulane University and Widener Law School. Bill is the Managing Partner of RedPoint Capital, a third-party marketing firm specializing in alternative investments. Their four children, Paige (13), Brooke (12), Maeve (12) and Jack (8) attend Notre Dame Academy and St. Aloysius Academy. In the summer, Alison enjoys spending time with family in Avalon, NJ and cheering on her children at Aronimink Golf Club’s swim meets and golf events.
Born and raised in Upstate NY, Debbie Quigley left NY for North Carolina to start her initial career in nursing at Duke University Medical Center and later went on to attend law school. She later moved to Chicago to start her law career as a medical malpractice/civil rights attorney. In 1998 she and her husband relocated to the Main Line (western Philadelphia suburbs) and lived in Gladwyne in a 100-year-old, Water Durham classic, Wissahickon stone home which she lovingly restored over several years. In 2015 Debbie decided to build a new construction home with Pohlig Builders on the Ardrossan (The Philadelphia Story) Estate in Villanova.
Pohlig then showed her home as an unofficial model home to several prospective buyers, almost 100% of whom ended up building. Drawing upon her inspiration she created a custom Hamptons/Adirondack/PA design/style which captures East Coast living at its finest. Her custom white oak, live sawn, random width floor design was copied by many of the aforementioned Ardrossan homeowners.
Based upon the joy of building/designing and the thrill of helping others create their dream home, she was inspired to start her real estate career in 2019. Having bought her first of 9 homes at the young age of 21, Debbie has a unique understanding of the value of owning a home, as well as the process and nuances of buying, selling, relocating, renovating, building and even investing. Her unique blend of skills and her network make her a true asset to her clients. Using her litigation skills she handles transactions with ease. Her team and her network make almost anything possible. Renovating to make something your own or renting back she fights for what is truly best for her clients and as a member of Berkshire Hathaway’s Karen Strid Team, she is part of the top half of 1% of the Berkshire Hathaway network. Honest, hard-working and always positive, Debbie is a true partner for her clients in the process of buying and selling homes and looks forward to helping you in your next real estate transaction. Let her show you the way!
