About Lori Rubin

Lori Rubin brings over 22 years of experience in real estate, sales, and operations to her dual role as REALTOR® and Operations Manager for the Karen Strid Team. Her path to real estate was a natural one — she grew up surrounded by it, as her grandfather and father were custom home builders in her home state of Michigan. After earning a BS in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh, Lori launched her career in sales at Gap, Inc., where she rose to a management role.

When she began searching for a home of her own on the Main Line, she discovered a passion for real estate and obtained her license in 2004. She never looked back!

Lori is the operational foundation of the Karen Strid Team. She oversees all aspects of the transactions, acts as a direct liaison with clients, and manages the day-to-day operations that keep the team running smoothly. Her background in sales, management, and client relations — combined with her sharp attention to detail and clear, effective communication — make her an invaluable resource for both her colleagues and the clients they serve. More than anything, Lori cherishes the lasting relationships she builds with clients. She takes pride in being a reliable presence throughout the process – always available, always guiding, and always making sure that every client is supported.

A proud Main Line resident for over 30 years, Lori has watched her two sons graduate from Lower Merion High School and go on to build careers of their own. Though she'll always be a Midwesterner at heart, the Main Line has long been home.
