This move follows a period of record-breaking momentum: in the third quarter of 2025, The Karen Strid Team was ranked the #1 small team in the United States for sales volume, concluding the year with $150 million in sales volume.
In 2026, we were ranked the #1 small team in Pennsylvania across all brokerages for sales volume by Real Trends.
